Zois Shuttie

Studied sculpture at Liceu Artistik in Tirana; Painting at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the University of Pennsylvania, BFA in Philadelphia; Painting at Instituto Allende (l'Universidad de Guanajuato) in Mexico, MFA.
He taught and exhibited in various universities and art galleries in San Miguel-Mexico, Miami, Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, Concord-N H, as well as in Paris and La Baule Escoublac, in Monte-Carlo and Enschede-Holland, and in Durres and Tirana (National Gallery of Arts and the National Museum).
He has had ten Retrospective Exhibitions under his belt, along with Louis Fine painting prize Bergman painting prize, Fedora Wolf Foundation prize, Cadwallader painting prize, Cresson Traveling Scholarship, Greenshield Memorial Award of Canada, Musees Municipales Purchase prize of Paris, Golden Poet Award and Who is Who in Poetry, Sacramento-Ca., the Diamont Homer Poetry Award, Hollywood-Ca. along with a Silver and a Gold Medal at the Salon des Artists Francais in Paris. His works are seen in private and in public collections on both sides of the Atlantic. His time is spent in painting, reading and writing.
